Wills are actually public documents. If you want to know what is in a will, contact the probate court, and they should be able to locate the will and disclose its contents to you. If you are in the will, the executor of the will is required to locate you and disclose your inheritance after the deceased has passed (within a month or two). If you are not in the will, there is no such guarantee. |
