Annulment

An annulment is not really a divorce, although it does dissolve a marriage. However, annulments basically treat the marriage as though it never happened. Annulments are difficult to get, particularly if the marriage is long. Ground for annulment include misrepresentation or fraud, concealment, refusal or inability to consummate the marriage, or a misunderstanding.
